Woodward provides a comfortable, cozy, safe environment. We have spacious and light-filled common areas where our residents like to socialize and spend time including the living room, dining room, and kitchen. You'll enjoy time in our beautiful outdoor living space. We offer private or semi-private rooms, community activities, cable TV, and internet.

We work closely with our residents and their family members to create specialized care plans that are tailored to each individual. The care we provide exceeds industry standards so that our residents are able to live with the highest quality of life.
If you or a loved one is a senior who is no longer able to perform daily tasks independently, our professional staff is here to provide you with compassionate long-term care.
Homemade Meals & Snacks
You'll be well-nourished with our delicious and satisfying home-cooked meals. Snacks are provided as well as accommodations for special dietary needs.
Assistance with Daily Living
Independence is honored and encouraged, but when help is needed our staff is ready to help with bathing, grooming, dressing, daily hygiene, and incontinence care.
Outdoor Living Space
Sit and relax in our beautifully landscaped backyard. The patio is a lovely spot to take in the fresh air and sunshine, do bird watching, and have fun at community BBQs.
Daily Housekeeping
We maintain high standards for a clean and sanitary home. Housekeeping and laundry service are provided.
Transportation
Arrangements will be made for transportation to medical and dental appointments. Providence Santa Rosa Medical Center, Kaiser, and Sutter are nearby.

OUR ADMINISTRATOR
Our administrator, Jackie Amador, has been caring for the elderly for over 10 years.
Jackie is certified as an RCFE Administrator. She also has certifications as a Certified Nurse Assistant, Home Health Care, Restorative Nurse Assistant, Abilities Care Expert, and Certified Human Resource Management. She is trained and experienced with dementia care and end-of-life care.
Jackie lives in Santa Rosa with her husband and three sons. She enjoys watching her kids play soccer and baking fresh bread and cookies.
